How does payment work?
Our professional recruitment consulting is a FREE service offered to candidates
The client pays a discounted placement fee for the successfully appointed
candidate (only if a suitable candidate is sourced), which does not affect the
candidate’s salary in any way, as this is a separate agreement between the
client and Morgan Spencer Consulting. This also means that our professional
services do not cost the client anything until such time as a person is appointed.

Primarily we cater for the Gauteng region, however we do also recruit for other regions as and when the need arises. We have successfully created a presence in Gauteng (Johannesburg and Pretoria), Cape Town, Durban, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein, Mauritius, Mozambique (and other parts of Africa).
